The idea for 1 Smart Cookie originated in March of 2006 when owner, Cindy Hoehner ran across a similar business out of state. Cindy has dreamed of owning her own business for years. Once she shared these cookies with her family and friends, she knew this was the business for her. The praise and positive feedback was tremendous from the very beginning.
