  • Why don’t you have Peanut Butter cookies?
Peanut products are prohibited in schools, and moms take our cookies to school all the time. Not using peanut products allows us to be an approved bakery for school treats and functions.
  • Why does it take at least 5 business days for my custom iced cookies?
Each of our iced cutout cookies is crafted specifically for your order. We don't like to rush our custom cookies. Five business days allows us time to schedule your custom order and make sure the timing works for mixing and cutting your cookies, then icing them, and decorating them to your specifications, plus any required packaging. Artistry takes a bit of time, but trust us, the smiles you will see will be worth planning ahead!
  • Why are Monday orders a problem?
Since we give our employees the day off on Sunday, orders that go out on Mondays before noon must be iced and decorated on Friday. This can risk the freshness of your cookies. Sometimes we may take orders that go out late in the day on Monday, allowing us to ice, decorate, and make ready for pick up that day. However, it is best to plan ahead since our production schedule fills up, especially around the holiday seasons.
  • What is an edible image?
Imagine printer paper with a layer of icing spread evenly over it. We purchase our icing sheets from a bakery supply company and print on them the same way you would a regular piece of paper. The difference is in the edible ink. We can reproduce just about anything on an edible medium that can be used on custom cookies, or sometimes on our cookie cakes. Edible images are especially good for corporate logos and business cards. Give us a call and we can create a great cookie just for you!
  • Do you deliver?
We can recommend delivery services that can help if your schedule won't permit a chance to visit our shop.
  • Why do I have to pay when I place my order?
Believe it or not, people have placed an order and not picked it up. This leaves us in a bind with the expense of the cookies and the labor that went into them unreimbursed. In the case of larger orders, we sometimes accept a deposit when the order is placed.
  • Why can't you do gluten-free cookies?
Some people who only eat gluten-free foods could actually be affected by the standard all-purpose flour in our store’s environment. Since we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment, we choose not to risk the health of our customers by attempting to provide a true gluten-free product.
  • What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as mobile payments such as Apple Pay. If you need to make a payment remotely, we can send you an electronic invoice so you can use our secure online payment process to safely submit your information. For your protection we don't save your credit card information. We can also work with corporate payment processes with on-file billing. Please call the shop to discuss for setting up recurring orders.
